Brief Insight
This anti-corruption based recruitment management system was developed for a sindh-government organization. This web based system is different from other RMSs because it provides both the applicants and employers a transparent way of job processing and jobs/resume fetching by having the e-governance filtration layers for the sake of end to end applicant tracking and other essential recruitment activities and all these tracking will be ultimately logged/viewed in the Work Flow Management module of the system. This system assures equal opportunity access, transparency, efficiency and effectiveness in decision-making, and savings in terms of efforts, cost and time that ultimately resulted in improving the monitoring of expenditure and delivery of Government services to the citizens. Major modules include : Applicant Management, Employer Management, Job Board, End to End Applicant Tracking, Tracking and Status Reports, Work Flow Management etc.
